It's close to Hatchobori Station and Shintomicho Station, and there's a sign in front of the building, so I had no trouble finding it.

The facility is spacious and clean, making for a very pleasant training experience. Both trainers are friendly and nice guys, and I enjoy chatting with them every time while getting a good boost to my out-of-shape body!

Since they're "child-friendly," I've brought my first-grade daughter several times. Not only did they entertain her during intervals, but they even taught her a little bit of training, and my daughter has completely fallen in love with it. We even talk about "Teacher Gym" in our family conversations now.

I think it's a wonderful gym where parents and children can train together with peace of mind.

The gym offers completely private rooms, a wide variety of machines, and the trainers are kind yet give precise instructions, so I really enjoy going there. I'm happy that my body shape has clearly changed since I started going there.

I went for a trial session after being recommended by a colleague, and the environment was amazing!

The one-on-one instruction made the training incredibly enjoyable!

The protein shake they give you after a tiring workout is fantastic!!

I highly recommend going!

I found Teacher Gym while searching for a personal training gym nearby.
I was a little nervous about my first personal training session, but the trainer and representative, Eiji-san, was so kind and helpful that I decided to join!
Since joining, I've received support from body sculpting to diet management, and my body has changed so much that I'm surprised myself!
Also, there are events like BBQs and Christmas parties that provide opportunities to interact with other members, so I really enjoy going to the gym! 😁
I would definitely recommend it to anyone living near Ginza Hatchobori!
